They arrived quickly and in excellent condition. My favorite of the three bouquets I recieved. Love the colors.
The flowers that arrived are beautiful, but I ordered a large and received a small. I contacted Forever Floral via their Contact Us form and did not receive a response after several days. I then contacted them on their site via chat, and the lady who helped was very responsive and kind. She said the large size is sold out, so I am not sure why I received a small instead of just a “sold out” notification, but she helped me initiate the return process.
The flowers were packaged well with bubble wrap and paper padding, and I was able to repack them for return using the same materials.
This is very beautiful. I am so glad I bought this for a gift instead of real flowers.
